Visit by the Lord High Commissionier

New College welcomed His Grace's visit to the General Assembly of the Church of Scotland.

The Principal of New College, Professor David Fergusson, the University Vice-Principal International, Professor Stephen Hillier, and the University Rector, Peter McColl, were delighted to welcome Lord Douglas of Selkirk, the Lord High Commissioner to the General Assembly of the Church of Scotland to New College on 25 May 2012.

The Lord High Commissioner and his party were invited to see the New College Library before having the opportunity to meet students and staff in the School of Divinity.
