Approaching Religion through Story: Resources for School Teachers A CPD event for Primary teachers and Secondary RMPS teachers. Dr Naomi Appleton and Dr Alison Jack from the School of Divinity will introduce new resources using stories from the Buddhist, Hindu and Christian traditions for use in Primary and Secondary Schools. The stories are arranged according to tradition and theme. Background notes for teachers are included, along with classroom-ready versions of the stories and a Powerpoint file of images. There will be an opportunity to discuss examples from the resources, and to consider the value of using stories in the teaching of religion in schools.
