'The Theology of the Cross' The Continuing Professional Development team at New College, University of Edinburgh, is organising a one-day event, prior to the beginning of Lent, exploring 'The Theology of the Cross'. The main speaker is Rev. Prof David Fergusson, and other members of New College staff will lead specialist sessions connected to the main theme. The event is aimed particularly as a refresher course for clergy, worship or lent group leaders from all denominations. The day starts at 12 noon with a sandwich lunch and ends at 5 pm with a glass of wine. The event costs £10 (to cover costs).
