Radboud University Nijmegen

Nijmegen is the oldest city in the Netherlands, with a modern university founded in 1923 on an extensive green campus. Undergraduates may spend the second semester (January to July, with breaks) or whole year (August to July, with breaks) there.

Language

Teaching takes place in English. It is not necessary to speak Dutch to participate in this exchange.

  • History of the self and philosophy of personal identity

  • History of philosophy, metaphysics and continental philosophy

  • Eastern Christianity, including Syriac and Coptic

  • New Testament and systematic theology

  • Islam and Buddhism

Accommodation

Housing is available on campus, in flats in the city or in private homes.

Finance

Funding is available to assist with travel and living costs.
